He holds a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Cambridge University.

Responsible for Finance, legal, compliance and risk management. He has over 20 years of working experience, with +10 years at private equity industry and another 10 years at Financial advisory / accounting firms. He has a CPA, a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Executive MBA degree from Kellogg HKUST program.

Venture Partner

Mr. Wang He is a world-renowned expert in the field of automotive electronic and intelligent technologies with +20 years of experience. He was ex-CTO of Li Auto (NASDAQ: LI), and former global Chief Architect and Director of Advanced ADAS systems at Visteon (NYSE: VC,a global leading player of Automotive Electronics). Mr. Wang is an adjunct professor in the Automotive Institute of Tongji University in China. He has been a Venture Partner of Vision Plus Capital since 2022.
